So I went to carno island today with a few tribemates. We brought the megatherium, killed the scorpions on the island, then went inside the cave. It was easy enough to get the megatherium up and down the cave, but you have to be extremely careful. Particularly in one spot where it looks like there's no way to get back up without a ramp.
