I recently purchased an S15i bike. It's been working well and I normally turn it off at night. Today when I turned it on, the bike itself turned on (can hear buttons and incline changing), but the screen/console is completely black. Spent almost 2 months working with NordicTrack to get the problem resolved.The Google nest mesh wifi, auto-negotiates the wifi standard with the device 5g, or 2.4g, nordictrack works better with 2.4g, but by default wants to connect to 5g due to signal strength. If possible try to move the hub further away from the bike to allow it to connect to 2.4g easier. Walls act as good barriers for 5g.
