It is easy to put on as it is on the outside of the carb held on by about 5 small screws, it looks like a plate. @bhanna1 the Troy Bilt Horse tiller came with a wide variety of engines from Kohler to Tecumseh and of course B&S engines. The B&S were mostly 8HP flatheads. The B&S were mostly 8HP flatheads.
