It's pretty subjective. I have the A6X and I prefer the writing experience over the RM2. I like the more grippy screen and the soft feel with the ceramic nib. The ReMarkable has a more "scratchy" feel vs smooth when you write on it. While the Supernote is smooth, it's still totally different than using an Apple Pencil on iPad glass.
Remarkable 2: $567 USD (Although, in the Australian store this was equivalent to $720 USD) Supernote A5X: $519 USD. Plus, ongoing costs for the Remarkable nibs: 9 tips for $14 USD, or 25 for $34 USD. Combining this continuing cost and the reputation for poor support was a big factor in not going with the Remarkable.
