Yep, home use. I'm a bit disappointed that this lawn mower has issues so soon. My last lawn mower was a Murray 20" that I bought for $100 (refurb). It lasted 8 years. I moved into a bigger house and wanted a self propelled. I purchased the Toro based on the brand reputation. Sounds like they have cheap components.
