Don't know about Di Napoli but Carmine's is not a place where you dress up. It's more like a very casual place. Just a personal preference, I prefer Tony's over Carmine's because I like the food better. I've had pasta in Carmine's that was still crunchy in the center. I like al dente but not crunchy pasta.
