Canlis is phenomenal you really can't go wrong. There used to be a daily chefs tasting menu but I don't know if they adjusted their core menu after the crazy things they came up with during covid (picnics, crab boils, etc). Went last week for anniversary, first time back since pre-pandemic. Was wonderful.
